Step 1: Choose Your Fabric
The fabric is the foundation of your T-shirt. For everyday corporate wear, 100% cotton (180 GSM) is the most popular choice. For premium merchandise, Pima cotton offers a silky-smooth finish at 200 GSM. Sports teams and events should consider polyester blends for moisture-wicking performance.
Step 2: Select Your Print Method
Screen printing is best for large quantities with simple designs (1-3 colors). DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing is perfect for full-color photographic designs in smaller runs. Embroidery gives a premium stitched finish ideal for logos on polos and corporate shirts.
Step 3: Submit Your Design
Upload your logo or design in PNG, SVG, or PDF format. Our team will prepare a digital proof within 24 hours. Minimum file resolution: 300 DPI. For embroidery, we convert your design to stitch format at no extra charge.
Step 4: Confirm Sizes & Quantities
We accept orders with mixed sizes — S through XXXL — at no extra cost. For corporate orders, we recommend ordering 10-15% extra in your most popular sizes. Kids sizes are available from 2Y to 12Y.

All bulk orders ship via DHL Express. Europe: 5-7 business days. Middle East (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar): 7-10 business days. Orders above €200 qualify for free shipping to Europe.
