Logo Embroidery vs Print: Which Looks More Professional?

Embroidery gives a premium stitched finish while printing allows full-color designs. We compare both.

Embroidery: The Premium Standard

Embroidery stitches your logo directly into the fabric using colored threads. The result is a three-dimensional, textured finish that feels premium and lasts the lifetime of the garment. It's the preferred choice for corporate polo shirts, workwear, and luxury hospitality uniforms. Cost: +€4 per piece.

Print: Full Color Flexibility

Printing (screen print or DTG) allows unlimited colors, gradients, and photographic quality. It sits on top of the fabric rather than being woven into it. Best for complex, multi-color logos and artistic designs. Printed logos on high-quality shirts still look very professional.

When to Choose Embroidery

Choose embroidery when: You want a premium, high-end finish. Your logo has 1-6 solid colors. You're ordering polo shirts or workwear. Your client is in hospitality, finance, or legal services where professionalism matters most.

When to Choose Print

Choose print when: Your design has many colors, gradients, or photo elements. You're ordering casual T-shirts for events or promotions. Budget is a consideration (print costs less than embroidery). You want a large back design that covers most of the shirt.
